Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Our team carefully prepares each order to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

• •Orders placed before 14:00 EET on business days are processed the same day.
• •Orders placed after 14:00 EET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• •You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
• •A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. Below are our standard rates:

Tracking Your Order

Stay informed about your delivery at every step. Once your order is shipped, you will receive full tracking details.

• •A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.
• •You can track your package directly on the courier's website (Speedy or Econt).
• •Estimated delivery date updates are provided automatically by the courier.
• •If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 48 hours, please contact us.

Delivery Attempts & Collection

Our courier partners will make every effort to deliver your order on the first attempt. If delivery is not possible, the following process applies:

• •The courier will attempt to deliver your package to the provided address.
• •If you are not available, the courier will leave a delivery notice with instructions.
• •Your package will be held at the nearest pickup point or courier office for collection.
• •You have 7 days to collect your package from the pickup point. After this period, the package will be returned to us.
• •If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Large & Heavy Items

Items weighing over 30 kg or with oversized dimensions require special shipping arrangements. This includes server racks, large networking equipment, and bulk orders.

• •Please contact us for a custom shipping quote for items over 30 kg.
• •Standard delivery for heavy items is to the ground floor of the delivery address.
• •Delivery to upper floors without elevator access may incur additional charges.
• •For B2B clients, we offer pallet delivery and loading dock delivery options.

Customs & Import Duties

As a company based in Bulgaria (EU member state), shipments within the European Union are part of the EU internal market and are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

Shipping Issues & Claims

We take great care in packaging your orders, but if something goes wrong during transit, we are here to help.

• •Always inspect your package upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, note this with the courier.
• •Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
• •Provide photo evidence of any damage to the product and packaging for your claim.
• •Send all shipping claims to [email protected] with your order number and photos.
